Oh No!

That sounds like the opening for one of those scam letters out of Nigeria…lol.

I was trying to remember ALL the things I have gotten from this site over the years.

I have won several of those little contests…free popcorn, stuffed animals, coupons for free boxes of cereal.  I entered one contest and won a book for each of my students!!!  I think that was an organization connected with Doris Day somehow.  Once from Clorox this big box came UPS with a laundry basket filled with Clorox products.  I have gotten a case of poetry books, one for each employee @ our school.  I have gotten way too many dvds, videos and educational related posters.  I have gotten tons of samples of everything you can imagine.  I got a big sample package from Crayola once.  I have gotten these durable placemats that we use in our classroom (special needs).  I got a gorgeous silk scarf from Thomas Kincade once.  Another time I got a case of the software/cartridges that fit into those Leap Pads for kids.  I was able to send one home with every student.  I have gotten expensive eye shadow for free.  I have gotten 100% subscriptions to Latina, Blender, Teen Vogue, Us News, Woman’s Day and too many magazines to mention.  I have gotten free movie tickets.  I got a allergy preventive pillow case cover I have used for years.  I got a free plastic hand once…lol.  It holds my bracelets.

The ONLY things I have EVER paid money for?  I paid $15.00 once for a Senseo Coffee Machine.  It sells for $89.00 @ Target.  It came with free coffee and a storage container.  later two more free bags of coffee came.  I paid about $7.00 once for a promotion with Kraft Foods and a case of Kraft products (fullsize) came for me to try.

I also belong to several of those opinion panels.  You have to use common sense.  I got free nights in Holiday Inn Express (no expense of ANY KIND).  Another time Dockers outfitted my boyfriend from head to toe just for opinions.

For those who knock this site I just laugh.  I am a real person and I have gotten TONS of things from this site.  You just have to be wise about it.  It takes very little time to weed out the great deals from the not so great deals.  Oh yeah….I recently traded my Bzz Points in for gift cards to Starbucks, Burger King, Regal Cinemas, TJ Maxx, Barnes and Noble.  I think it was over $100.00 worth total.  I got my dvd player through Nielsen for points.  Yes people the opportunities are there.  You have to take advantage.  I have taught my 14 year old niece the “ropes”.  She loves getting samples and magazines.
