Texas
The deepest hole ever made in the world is in Texas. It is as deep as 20 empire state buildings but only 3 inches wide.
*Who made the hole and for what purpose?

Hiya,

The hole was made by a petroleum company (I couldn’t find out which one) as part of an oil drilling project.

thats cool, but one would think at 3 inches wide, dirt would fall in and close parts of it.
