Who would like to be a writer on this blog?

I am a baby boomer with a complaint.The people today think that Woodstock was so great.Boy…believe me…it was the worst day of my life…and i will tell you why….Number One.I had tickets and had planned this for ages…Number two…at this time I had to work and my employer wouldnt give me the time off.Number three…the people that went couldnt find a room and what they had was 3 days of rain,no food and almost 250,000 people getting stoned with music that they couldnt even hear.The concert was alright but who planned it needed a head doctor.I mean who plans a concert with no box office and when they arrived…it was chaos! There was no box office.Half of the people who came crashed.They didnt possess tickets.The food people were overwhelmed.They ran out of food and the town people up there well they were not as friendly as they are.They resented the kids.And they resented the concert.They resented the media focusing on the town.They also resented the crowds.There was no food,no toilets and the ones that they had overflowed and you couldnt even get in one.Now she met the love of her life and that was it for her and that was the end of our friendship but Woodstock like the kids say sucked.The planning was poor.And to say that this concert was the 1960s is erronerous.I live in seattle and I talk to people everyday and today at starbucks…I met someone whose kid went 40 years ago and he even told me all of this memory is hype and what suppose to happen didnt.So can we stop this silly obsession with Woodstock? There are other things we need to talk about.
