Just seeing the list of groups that were there, makes it even more painful. I was just 17 and my parents were real strict, I was denied passage into history in the making!

Lets hear it for the wonderful young people of today.On October 5th,I will be 62 and I want to congraduate the wonderful and smart young people who are in college today.You are going to change the world.You have got the stuff and you wont make the mistakes that us baby boomers did.Just because i am old doesnt mean I am in a rocking chair.I LOVE ROCK AND ROLL! I have to share about the latest experience i had.I want to a job fair in seattle and believe me,a lot of people are out of work.The companies there I happen to know…have put on a hiring freeze.Sears did away with its 40k plan and the other stores dont want to pay for health benefits.Why? Why is the American worker suffering? Cant we pay these people young and old
decent salary? Cant we give a college person out of college a fair wage…If i had a company I would hire at the highest wage.Do you know that some managers here just get 18,000.00? Why? Not even i can live on that paltry salary? And the law firms in seattle have gone thru a Ebzenser Scrooge.One law firm got rid of the partners.One firm here got rid of all of the paralegals.How is a lawyer going to do research on a client if the paralegal isnt there? I mean who makes these decisions? Are they in their 90s? Only a feeble minded person makes decisions like this and our young people are suffering.I met a college student at starbucks who has a 50,000 student loan debt and he hasnt gotten a job yet! Companies dont be so cheap….HIRE PEOPLE…..AND WHILE YOU ARE AT IT…..DONT CUT DAY CARE OR CARE FOR PEOPLE WHO TAKE CARE OF THE ELDERLY..ARE YOU LISTENING AND WHILE YOU ARE AT …GET RID OF THAT DISGUSTING MUZAK AND PUT IN GUNS AND ROSES!

I am another unemplyed person in Seattle, Tacoma area. I skip on these job (OR LACK OF JOB)fairs. I tried the ebay thing full tim but to no avail. nobody has money to buy anything. LOL. I owe about 20,000 in school loans and I have an 18 yr old who is going to attend college soon. UGH How do I pay 2 college tuitions? I don’t. I let him go and I enjoy a couple years of being broke with little responibility. HEHE
