While I have not specifically tried Arnicare, I do regularly use the main ingredient in it’s pure form, ARNICA MONTANA. I picked up a small jar in Mexico about six months ago. I just went back a month ago and got ten more jars. (They only cost about $2.35 a jar there, depending on the dollar/peso exchange). I was simply amazed at how well this product works! I used to hang my feet off of the side of the bed just to go to sleep at night, because the sheets even made my feet hurt and burn. Docs still don’t know what the problem is. Not the point, though. My point is that if you have any type of muscular/nerve pain, this is a truly amazing herb. Whether you get the sample here, (and you have to be fast, because they only offer a few a day), or get the pure form, I implore all fellow sufferers out there who don’t want to take pain pills, or they do not work for you, to try this.
Good luck, and live pain free.

Arnica does help for pain like bruises and sprains, arthritis, joint pain. But you can’t use it on any open wound or take it internally (except if it’s homeopathic) because it is toxic if you take it internally.
Some people are allergic to arnica when applied to the skin and they get a rash.
Thanks for all the info. I have nerve damage that has traveled throughout and I get the burning, pain, numbness, etc that no one knows what to do about. I occasionally have a bad episode that is very painful so I look for products to help me avoid those. This just might be one of those products. Thanks again.
Hello Momo,
Yes, it sounds exactly like the nerve pain I have. Numbness in the toes, walking on rocks, burning and stinging pain in my feet, it’s all bad, and nobody knows what it is besides neuropathic pain. All neuropathic pain (peripheral neuropathy) means in nerve pain in the extremities, and it seems to perplex the doctors. Sometimes we have to take matters into our own hands. I feel for you, and know about those bad episodes. I wish you luck with this, as I know how frustrating it can be.
And sweetbloomingrose, I hope that common sense would tell people NOT to put this on an open wound, as I was speaking specifically of muscle and nerve problems, as stated in my original post. Arnicare is a cream or ointment, and of course should not be taken internally! Even the pills in homeopathic form are not recommended.
LOL – Most people don’t have much sense IMO. That’s why I posted what I did.
Thanks emichelle – I already sent away for my free sample!
